hey ive been at this quest all morning and i cannot find the last guy to save my life!

if someone can help or even guide me lol my

You will find the Fragment of Antiquities is in the very north-west corner of the Sepulchre of Dragrimmar (dungeon), Level 1. Be sure to obtain the actual quest for the dungeon as well (from the dwarf just outside it), or you won't be able to proceed past the first room.
